The mid-day bowling leagues at the Texas Union have long been dominated by people from the IT@UT community.

Tuesdays used to the Accounting IT's day. Tuesday bowlers over the years have included Pam Curtwright, Jessica (Vance) Green, Sarah Holmes, Sharla Roberts, Beth Busse (then Milton), Deb Nguyen, Dan Horgan, Wade Lorber, Susan Telge, Juan Ortiz, Greg Atkinson, Scott Mueller, Bretna Hackert, Louise Nelson, Vijay Thiruvengadam, Eda Matthews, and many more.

For 15 years or so, Cathy Lester and I (Dan Augustine) were bowling-partners in a team named the Twisted Pair in the Wednesday noon-bowling league Knockdown Doubles. (For some reason she rejected my idea of naming our team “Balls to the Wall”.) The Twisted Pair name is now ably carried on by Marilyn Galvan and Phil Gavenda.
